What is the cost of hosting a remote team event on Nomad Cruise?
Costs vary based on factors like the number of attendees, duration, and activities. However, our packages are all-inclusive so there are no surprises during or after your trip. We’re more than happy to discuss the different options and how they fit into your budget to provide a personalised quote.
We need to keep working. How do we stay connected at sea?
Starlink WiFi is included in your package, unless you want to disconnect and enjoy some offline time with your team (it’s also an option to exclude this). The WiFi onboard is stable enough for email, group chats, social media activities, and loading websites. It can also handle Zoom calls quite well but we recommend that you reschedule your calls or heavy file uploads for before or after your cruise experience.
What types of activities can we include?
It is up to you to decide what type of experience you want to organise. We can advise you on how to design your program and suggest activities that facilitate deeper connections and team bonding: workshops, improv nights, karaoke, talent shows, excursions on land - all tailored to your goals, team size, and company.
What is the minimum and maximum number of attendees?
We accommodate events of various group sizes, from bring your team of up to 20, small workations of 20-100 people, to large-scale cruise charters for up to 3000 people.
What types of events can we host?
We have more than a decade of experience organising workations, meetups, and our flagship Nomad Cruise conference. Our community-centric approach has taught us that being on a closed container such as the ship is the best way to build deep and long-lasting connections. When it comes to your team, we’re more than happy to discuss your goals and suggest an itinerary made just for you. Your imagination is the limit!
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance to allow plenty of time for planning and immaculate execution. However, we can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability and complexity.
Are customisable packages available?
Yes! No two company events are the same. We’ll sit down with your events or leadership team to discuss your vision, goals, and logicstics.
